Entrepreneur Rob Carr, established the business in 1989.
Initially, the company was a small entity constructing utilities infrastructure for small subdivisions, before later progressing onto larger infrastructure projects for water and energy utilities throughout the country. In 1999, Rob Carr invested in its first trenchless machine starting a long and successful journey.
