A huge congratulations to our Western Australian Operations Team led by Barry Crowley and Paul Lee for taking out the 2020 CCF WA Earth Award for Project Excellence in Civil Construction – Project Value $5 – 10 million.
The team recently delivered the very successful Dunsborough Infill Sewerage Project Sections 5C & 9A.
Whilst minimising impact to the local community, environment and conservation areas, the project, part of Water Corporation’s Infill Sewerage Program, consisted of more than:
- 5.2km of gravity sewer constructed by microtunneling and conventional techniques,
- 36 access chambers,
- 41 maintenance shafts,
- 215 property connections,
- 1.5km of pressure main pipelines by HDD,
- Two Type 40 pump stations.
